Our books are sent directly from a fulfillment warehouse, handled by Lulu, an external print-on-demand service provider.

You will receive an automated order confirmation email as soon as you’ve placed your order. We do not send out shipping confirmation emails as standard.

What happens if I have received a defective item?
Please email us at fahmidanpublishing1@gmail.com with images and an explanation. We will send you a new copy as soon as possible.
Refund
Customers may refund their purchase within the first 14 days of purchase. Replacing missing copies will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, so please get in touch if your books do not arrive.
