Delivery 
& Refund Policy

Our books are sent directly from a fulfillment warehouse, handled by Lulu, an external print-on-demand service provider. 

 

Please find information about orders, shipping, and refunds below.

If you need further assistance relating to your book order, please email fahmidanpublishing1@gmail.com

and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

  • You will receive an automated order confirmation email as soon as you’ve placed your order. We do not send out shipping confirmation emails as standard.
     

  • We do our best to process orders as soon as possible!
     

  • What happens if I have received a defective item?
    Please email us at fahmidanpublishing1@gmail.com with images and an explanation. We will send you a new copy as soon as possible.

Refund

Customers may refund their purchase within the first 14 days of purchase. Replacing missing copies will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, so please get in touch if your books do not arrive.
