Bonita Wileman is a Wales-based fiction writer with roots in both New Zealand and the UK. She has recently completed an MA in Creative Writing at Cardiff University, where she developed a short story collection of strange, saline worlds falling apart at the edges. Her literary interests are in the surreal, ghostly, provocative and unusual, with an emphasis on the relationship between queerness and fluidity. She has volunteered her time as a freelance editor, a member of the Cardiff BookTalk team and an intern for Seren Books. Currently, Bonita is part of a professional mentorship programme with Penguin Random House.
