Iffah Shamim is a 19-year-old recent high school graduate based in Sialkot. She has loved playing with words—experimenting with their rhythms and musicality in both form and free verse—since 6th grade. She enjoys the process of choosing the most precise, beautiful words to dissect personal and universal feelings. Her work has been longlisted in The Passionfruit Review's 2025 Poetry Prize.
